{"id":352,"date":"2022-01-19T11:30:30","date_gmt":"2022-01-19T10:30:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/e-biostat.uniag.sk\/?p=352"},"modified":"2022-01-19T15:06:18","modified_gmt":"2022-01-19T14:06:18","slug":"testovanie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/e-biostat.uniag.sk\/?p=352","title":{"rendered":"Testovanie"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>Studentov t -Test<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Studentov  t-Test je \u0161tatistickou met\u00f3dou, ktor\u00e1 umo\u017e\u0148uje overi\u0165 nasleduj\u00face hypot\u00e9zy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"has-small-font-size\"><li>Hypot\u00e9zu \u010di norm\u00e1lne rozdelenie, z ktor\u00e9ho poch\u00e1dza ur\u010dit\u00fd n\u00e1hodn\u00fd v\u00fdber m\u00e1 ur\u010dit\u00fa konkr\u00e9tnu hodnotu, pri\u010dom rozptyl premennej je nezn\u00e1my.<\/li><li>Hypot\u00e9zu \u010di dve norm\u00e1lne rozdelenia maj\u00face rovnak\u00fd rozptyl, z ktor\u00fdch s\u00fa dva nez\u00e1visl\u00e9 n\u00e1hodn\u00e9 v\u00fdbery, maj\u00fa rovnak\u00e9 stredn\u00e9 hodnoty, alebo rozdiel t\u00fdchto stredn\u00fdch hodn\u00f4t je rovnak\u00fd presne stanovenej \u010d\u00edselnej hodnote.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">V prvom pr\u00edpade m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 n\u00e1hodn\u00fd v\u00fdber tvoren\u00fd jednotliv\u00fdmi konkr\u00e9tnymi hodnotami znaku, pre ktor\u00fd je vypo\u010d\u00edtan\u00e1 stredn\u00e1 hodnota. Vtedy sa jedn\u00e1 o jedno v\u00fdberov\u00fd t -Test, N\u00e1hodn\u00fd v\u00fdber m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 ale tvoren\u00fd aj p\u00e1rov\u00fdmi dvojicami hodn\u00f4t, pri ktor\u00fdch zis\u0165ujeme rozdiel ich stredn\u00fdch hodn\u00f4t. Tak\u00fdto test sa naz\u00fdva p\u00e1rov\u00fd t -Test. Pri \u010fal\u0161ej hypot\u00e9ze sa jedn\u00e1 o dvoj v\u00fdberov\u00fd t -Test. (p=0,6219). Hodnota 62 kilogramov, nastaven\u00e1 v nulovej hypot\u00e9ze, sa nenach\u00e1dza v rozp\u00e4t\u00ed konfiden\u010dn\u00fdch intervalov pri stanovenej spo\u013eahlivosti 95 %. Konfiden\u010dn\u00fd interval dosiahol pri \u0161tudentk\u00e1ch hodnoty od 59,6724 do 61,7861 kilogramov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>V\u00fdsledky dvoj v\u00fdberov\u00e9ho t -Testu  (2. hypot\u00e9za, program SAS)<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Z\u00e1kladom spr\u00e1vneho porovnania dvoch hodnoten\u00fdch skup\u00edn na z\u00e1klade dvoj v\u00fdberov\u00e9ho t -Testu je splnenie nasledovn\u00fdch predpokladov: nez\u00e1vislos\u0165 pozorovan\u00ed, predpoklad normality \u00fadajov v r\u00e1mci jednotliv\u00fdch skup\u00edn (\u010dastokr\u00e1t sta\u010d\u00ed pribli\u017en\u00e1 normalita) a predpoklad rovnak\u00e9ho rozptylu pre ka\u017ed\u00fa skupinu (ak nie je dodr\u017ean\u00fd tak m\u00f4\u017eeme uplatni\u0165 iba aproximat\u00edvny &#8211; pribli\u017en\u00fd t-Test). Podmienka nez\u00e1vislosti pozorovan\u00ed bola splnen\u00e1 a dodr\u017eiavan\u00e1 u\u017e pri samotnom zhroma\u017e\u010fovan\u00ed \u00fadajov o telesn\u00fdch mierach \u0161tudentov. Probl\u00e9m by mohol nasta\u0165 iba v pr\u00edpade, ak by medzi \u0161tudentami a \u0161tudentkami by bolo pr\u00edli\u0161 ve\u013ea s\u00farodeneck\u00fdch vz\u0165ahov vo forme dvoj\u010diat, \u010do by mohlo naru\u0161i\u0165 podmienku nez\u00e1vislosti \u00fadajov. Nami zhroma\u017e\u010fovan\u00e9 \u00fadaje ale tak\u00fdto probl\u00e9m nemaj\u00fa a tak ich m\u00f4\u017eeme v r\u00e1mci skup\u00edn aj medzi skupinami pova\u017eova\u0165 za nez\u00e1visl\u00e9. Preukaznos\u0165 tohto testu d\u00e1va mo\u017enos\u0165 spr\u00e1vneho v\u00fdberu pon\u00fakan\u00fdch dvoch typov a hodn\u00f4t t -Testu (test pri rovnakom rozptyle znaku a test pri nerovnakom rozptyle znaku). Spravidla ak je nulov\u00e1 hypot\u00e9za o rovnosti rozptylov pravdiv\u00e1 hodnota F-testu je ve\u013emi bl\u00edzko hodnote 1. Ak zamietnete nulov\u00fa hypot\u00e9zu o rovnosti rozptylov, pou\u017eijeme na testovanie rovnosti skupinov\u00fdch priemerov t -Test pre nerovnak\u00fd rozptyl. Samozrejme, ale st\u00e1le plat\u00ed, \u017ee tento test je platn\u00fd iba pre nez\u00e1visl\u00e9 vzorky z norm\u00e1lneho rozdelenia. Priemern\u00fd rozdiel vo veku bol zisten\u00fd -0,1743 roka, \u010do predstavuje, \u017ee \u0161tudenti s\u00fa o t\u00fato hodnotu v priemere mlad\u0161\u00ed ako \u0161tudentky. Konfiden\u010dn\u00fd interval pri stanovenej hranici spo\u013eahlivosti 95 % sa pohybuje v rozp\u00e4t\u00ed od -0,5374 do +0,1887 \u010do znamen\u00e1, \u017ee priemern\u00fd rozdiel sa nach\u00e1dza v tomto intervale. Hodnota F-testu 2.42 (p &lt; 0,0001) potvrdzuje, \u017ee hypot\u00e9za o rovnosti rozptylov je neplat\u00ed a hodnoty rozptylov znaku v dvoch skupin\u00e1ch \u0161tudentov s\u00fa \u0161tatisticky vysoko rozdielne. Z uveden\u00e9ho vypl\u00fdva, \u017ee pre hlavn\u00fa interpret\u00e1ciu v\u00fdsledkov dvoj v\u00fdberov\u00e9ho t -Testu pou\u017eijeme hodnotu t -Testu a jeho preukaznosti pre nerovnak\u00e9 rozptyly (Satterthwaite, Unequal). Hodnota tohto t -Testu dosiahla hodnotu -0,95, pravdepodobnos\u0165 p=0,3451, \u010do potvrdzuje nulov\u00fa hypot\u00e9zu o rovnosti priemern\u00fdch hodn\u00f4t veku \u0161tudentov a \u0161tudentiek. Hodnota t -Testu dosiahla -0,26 (p=0,7935), \u010do potvrdzuje, \u017ee skuto\u010dn\u00fd rozdiel priemern\u00fdch hodn\u00f4t obvodu hrudn\u00edka a obvodu p\u00e1sa sa \u0161tatisticky v\u00f4bec nel\u00ed\u0161i od hodnoty +10 centimetrov. Hodnota t-Testu dosiahla 7,76 (p&lt;0,0001), \u010do potvrdzuje, \u017ee skuto\u010dn\u00fd rozdiel priemern\u00fdch hodn\u00f4t obvodu hrudn\u00edka a obvodu p\u00e1sa sa vysoko \u0161tatisticky l\u00ed\u0161i od hodnoty +10 centimetrov. Hodnota 10 centimetrov sa nenach\u00e1dza v rozp\u00e4t\u00ed skuto\u010dne zisten\u00fdch konfiden\u010dn\u00fdch intervalov rozdielu hodn\u00f4t.
