Na anal\u00fdzu kategorick\u00fdch \u00fadajov existuje mno\u017estvo \u0161tatistick\u00fdch met\u00f3d. Ak chceme vybra\u0165 vhodn\u00fa met\u00f3du, mus\u00edte ur\u010di\u0165 rozsah merania pre hodnoten\u00fa premenn\u00fa. Rozsah merania tak\u00fdchto premenn\u00fdch je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdm faktorom pri rozhodovan\u00ed sa o vhodnej \u0161tatistickej met\u00f3de, ktor\u00fa chcete pou\u017ei\u0165. Po v\u00fdbere vhodnej mierky merania m\u00f4\u017eeme charakterizova\u0165 vz\u0165ah medzi kategori\u00e1lnymi premenn\u00fdmi pomocou grafov a pomocou jednoduch\u00fdch frekven\u010dn\u00fdch tabuliek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Pri kategori\u00e1lnych premenn\u00fdch mo\u017eno jednotliv\u00e9 javy zatriedi\u0165 do kateg\u00f3ri\u00ed, tried, skup\u00edn, \u00farovn\u00ed, typov, stavov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Kategori\u00e1lne premenn\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 nomin\u00e1lne a&nbsp;ordin\u00e1lne. Nomin\u00e1lne premenn\u00e9 maj\u00fa hodnoty bez logick\u00e9ho usporiadania. Ordin\u00e1lne premenn\u00e9 maj\u00fa hodnoty s logick\u00fdm porad\u00edm, ale vyjadrenie relat\u00edvnej vzdialenosti medzi tak\u00fdmito hodnotami sa ur\u010duje dos\u0165 problematicky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Najjednoduch\u0161ia kategori\u00e1lna premenn\u00e1 m\u00e1 len dva stavy (dve \u00farovne) a naz\u00fdvame ju dichot\u00f3mna premenn\u00e1. Pr\u00edkladom je ozna\u010denie pohlavia (mu\u017e, \u017eena), mo\u017en\u00e1 odpove\u010f na ot\u00e1zku (\u00e1no, nie), alebo farba (biela, \u010dierna).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">&nbsp;Ak m\u00e1me dve nomin\u00e1lne premenn\u00e9, je vhodn\u00e9 pou\u017eitie Pearsonovej ch\u00ed-kvadr\u00e1t \u0161tatistiky. Sila asoci\u00e1cie sa d\u00e1 mera\u0165 Cramerov\u00fdm V. Pearsonova ch\u00ed-kvadr\u00e1t \u0161tatistika vy\u017eaduje dostato\u010dne ve\u013ek\u00fa ve\u013ekos\u0165 vzorky. Ak m\u00e1me ale mal\u00fa ve\u013ekos\u0165 vzorky, mali by sme sk\u00f4r pou\u017ei\u0165 presnej\u0161\u00ed Fisherov F- test.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Ak m\u00e1me dve ordin\u00e1lne premenn\u00e9, na spr\u00e1vne zistenie asoci\u00e1cie by sme mali pou\u017ei\u0165 Mantel-Haenszelovu ch\u00ed-kvadr\u00e1t \u0161tatistiku. Silu asoci\u00e1cie mo\u017eno v&nbsp;tomto pr\u00edpade mera\u0165 Spearmanovou korela\u010dnou \u0161tatistikou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">V biologicko &#8211; genetick\u00fdch experimentoch, ktor\u00fdch v\u00fdsledkom b\u00fdva zistenie po\u010detnosti r\u00f4znych tried, resp. frekvencia \u0161tiepnych pomerov, treba rozhodn\u00fa\u0165, \u010di pozorovan\u00e9 frekvencie zodpovedaj\u00fa teoreticky o\u010dak\u00e1van\u00fdm frekvenci\u00e1m. \u03a7<sup>2<\/sup>-test n\u00e1m pom\u00e1ha pomocou testovate\u013enej hypot\u00e9zy porozumie\u0165 odch\u00fdlkam, ktor\u00e9 v experimente re\u00e1lne vznikli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>Vzorec na v\u00fdpo\u010det \u03a7<sup>2<\/sup> hodnoty:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"114\" height=\"58\" src=\"https:\/\/e-biostat.uniag.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/obrazok-38.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-478\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">n = celkov\u00fd po\u010det fenotypov\u00fdch tried,<br>e = experiment\u00e1lna (o\u010dak\u00e1van\u00e1) frekvencia i-tej triedy,<br>t = teoretick\u00e1 frekvencia i-tej triedy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Ch\u00ed-kvadr\u00e1t testy sl\u00fa\u017eia na sk\u00famanie asoci\u00e1cie medzi kategorick\u00fdmi premenn\u00fdmi. \u00darovne jednotliv\u00fdch kateg\u00f3ri\u00ed m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 dve alebo viac. Naj\u010dastej\u0161ie rie\u0161ime uveden\u00e9 \u00falohy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">\u2022 S\u00fa rozdielne dva (alebo viacer\u00e9) podiely v jednej kategorickej premennej od predpokladan\u00fdch hodn\u00f4t v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci popul\u00e1cie ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">\u2022 Existuje asoci\u00e1cia alebo z\u00e1vislos\u0165 medzi dvoma kategorick\u00fdmi premenn\u00fdmi ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">\u2022 L\u00ed\u0161ia sa dva (alebo viacer\u00e9) podiely medzi sebou ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">\u2022 Existuje rozdiel v pravdepodobnosti udalosti medzi dvoma skupinami ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"143\" height=\"49\" src=\"https:\/\/e-biostat.uniag.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/obrazok-39.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-484\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Pri v\u00fdpo\u010dte Ch\u00ed-kvadr\u00e1tu testu je potrebn\u00e9 urobi\u0165 kontrolu o\u010dak\u00e1van\u00fdch po\u010detnost\u00ed E pre jednotliv\u00e9 bunky zostavenej tabu\u013eky. Test nie je preukazn\u00fd, ak o\u010dak\u00e1van\u00e9 frekvencie v&nbsp;niektor\u00fdch poliach s\u00fa men\u0161ie alebo rovn\u00e9 hodnote 5. Pri tabu\u013ek\u00e1ch 2&#215;2 by nemala existova\u0165 ani jedna bunka s&nbsp;hodnotou o\u010dak\u00e1vanej frekvencie men\u0161ou, alebo rovnou hodnote 5. Pri v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edch kontingen\u010dn\u00fdch tabu\u013ek\u00e1ch by po\u010det tak\u00fdchto buniek nemal prekro\u010di\u0165 20 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Z d\u00f4vodu presnej\u0161ieho v\u00fdpo\u010dtu je mo\u017en\u00e9 pou\u017ei\u0165 tzv. Yatesovu korekciu. Ch\u00ed-kvadr\u00e1tu test je s pou\u017eit\u00edm tejto korekcie potom presnej\u0161\u00ed. Napr\u00edklad, ak 24 zvierat m\u00e1 v line\u00e1rnom hodnoten\u00ed exteri\u00e9ru 5 bodov za telesn\u00fa stavbu, potom sk\u00f3re 5 m\u00e1 frekvenciu 24. Frekvencia je po\u010det v\u00fdskytov hodn\u00f4t v mno\u017eine \u00fadajov. Kumulat\u00edvna frekvencia sa pou\u017e\u00edva na ur\u010denie po\u010dtu pozorovan\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 le\u017eia pod konkr\u00e9tnou hodnotou v s\u00fabore \u00fadajov. Kumulat\u00edvna frekvencia sa vypo\u010d\u00edta spo\u010d\u00edtan\u00edm ka\u017edej frekvencie z frekven\u010dnej tabu\u013eky k s\u00fa\u010dtu jej predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facich hodn\u00f4t. Posledn\u00e1 hodnota sa v\u017edy bude rovna\u0165 s\u00fa\u010dtu v\u0161etk\u00fdch \u00fadajov. Relat\u00edvna frekvencia je frekvencia vydelen\u00e1 po\u010dtom v\u0161etk\u00fdch hodn\u00f4t. Relat\u00edvne frekvencie mo\u017eno p\u00edsa\u0165 ako zlomky, percent\u00e1 alebo desatinn\u00e9 miesta. Kumulat\u00edvna relat\u00edvna frekvencia je akumul\u00e1cia predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facich relat\u00edvnych frekvenci\u00ed. Pomocou Ch\u00ed-kvadr\u00e1t testu overte, \u010di jednotliv\u00e9 frekvencie v\u00fdskytu bodov\u00fdch hodnoten\u00ed s\u00fa rovnak\u00e9 a tie\u017e ich porovnajte s celo-popula\u010dn\u00fdmi frekvenciami v Slovenskej republike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>V\u00fdsledky<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;V tabu\u013eke 4.1 uv\u00e1dzame v\u00fdsledky uskuto\u010dnenej frekven\u010dnej anal\u00fdzy line\u00e1rneho hodnotenia exteri\u00e9ru kr\u00e1v hol\u0161tajnsk\u00e9ho plemena. Triediacim znakom je bodov\u00e9 hodnotenie telesnej stavby zvierat. Uv\u00e1dzame pr\u00edklad pou\u017eitia Ch\u00ed-kvadr\u00e1t testu pri zn\u00e1mych celo-popula\u010dn\u00fdch frekvenci\u00e1ch hodnoten\u00e9ho znaku.
