Z\u00e1kladn\u00fd sp\u00f4sob hodnoteniaje <strong>klasick\u00e9 (rodokme\u0148ov\u00e9) hodnotenie<\/strong> pri ktorom vyu\u017e\u00edvame hlavnez\u00e1kladn\u00e9Wrightove koeficienty hodnotenia pr\u00edbuznostia&nbsp;pr\u00edbuzenskej plemenitby. \u010eal\u0161\u00edm sp\u00f4sobom hodnotenia je zostavenie <strong>matice adit\u00edvnej genetickej podobnosti<\/strong>. Matica adit\u00edvnej genetickej pr\u00edbuznosti m\u00e1 nezastupite\u013en\u00e9 miesto hlavne pri odhade plemenn\u00fdch hodn\u00f4t na z\u00e1klade animal modelov so zoh\u013eadnen\u00edm pr\u00edbuzensk\u00fdch vz\u0165ahov medzi zvieratami. Maticu adit\u00edvnej genetickej pr\u00edbuznosti nahr\u00e1dza matica genomickej pr\u00edbuznosti. Hodnotenie pr\u00edbuznosti a&nbsp;pr\u00edbuzenskej plemenitby na z\u00e1klade matice genomickej pr\u00edbuznosti predstavuje skuto\u010dne realizovan\u00fa genetick\u00fa podobnos\u0165 medzi jedincami (zoh\u013eadnen\u00fd n\u00e1hodn\u00fd mendelistick\u00fd v\u00fdber). Nejedn\u00e1 sa prvotne o&nbsp;v\u00fdpo\u010dtov\u00fd proces ako to je v&nbsp;pr\u00edpade klasick\u00e9ho hodnotenia, ale sa jedn\u00e1 o&nbsp;genomick\u00e9 testovanie zvierat a&nbsp;a\u017e n\u00e1sledne sa v\u00fdpo\u010dtovo uskuto\u010dn\u00ed zostavenie genomickej matice pr\u00edbuznosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>Hodnotenie pr\u00edbuznos\u0165 v&nbsp;priamom rade<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Jedince s\u00fa pr\u00edbuzn\u00e9 v&nbsp;priamom rade ak existuje priamy vz\u0165ah medzi predkom a&nbsp;potomkom. Pri praktickom hodnoten\u00ed sa sleduje priamy rad v&nbsp;rozsahu 4-6 gener\u00e1ci\u00ed. Koeficient pr\u00edbuzenskej plemenitby &nbsp;a &nbsp;sa vyu\u017eij\u00fa iba v&nbsp;pr\u00edpade, \u017ee predok, alebo potomok vznikli pr\u00edbuzenskou plemenitbou. Typick\u00fdmi pr\u00edbuzn\u00fdmi jedincami v&nbsp;priamom rade s\u00fa otec-syn, otec-dc\u00e9ra, matka-syn, matka-dc\u00e9ra, star\u00fd otec-vnuk, star\u00fd otec-vnu\u010dka a&nbsp;podobne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>Hodnotenie pr\u00edbuznos\u0165 v&nbsp;bo\u010dnom rade<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Jedince s\u00fa pr\u00edbuzn\u00e9 v&nbsp;bo\u010dnom rade ak existuje aspo\u0148 jeden spolo\u010dn\u00fd predok v&nbsp;rodokmeni otca a&nbsp;v&nbsp;rodokmeni matky.
